Ombra Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what Ombra (“we”, “us”), the app published as “AI Tattoo Cover-Up & Try-On”, collects when you use the app, why, and the choices you have.
Photos you upload
Some creation flows (cover-up, try-on, portrait) let you add a photo. When you do, that photo is uploaded to our server and sent to our AI image provider, fal.ai, solely to generate your tattoo preview. We do not use your photos to train AI models and never for advertising. Adding a photo is optional — flows that offer it also work without one.
Your design choices
The selections you make in a flow (style, placement, size, and any free-text notes) are sent together with your request so the AI can generate a result that matches what you asked for.
Subscriptions & purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status and an anonymous RevenueCat identifier. We never receive your full payment-card details.
Refund requests & consumption data
If you ask Apple for a refund on a purchase, Apple may request information to help it decide. With your consent, we share limited consumption data with Apple through RevenueCat — such as how long you have used the app, how much of the purchase you have used, and your overall purchase and refund history expressed as broad ranges. We never share your payment-card details. This data is used only to help Apple reach a fair decision on your refund request. Diagnostics
We use Sentry to capture crash and error reports (such as device model, OS version, app version, and the technical details of the error) so we can keep the app stable. This data is used only for debugging and reliability.
Tracking permission (iOS)
On iOS we ask for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). If you allow it, the app may access your device’s advertising identifier. We do not currently share your data with third-party advertising networks. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Data retention
We keep uploaded photos and generated results only as long as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see “Deleting your data” below).
Deleting your data & withdrawing consent
To request deletion of your data, or to withdraw your consent to process a photo, email us at ombra_tattoo@appacnera.com. You can also simply stop adding photos, and revoke the Photos permission in your device Settings.
How we share data
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers named above — fal.ai (image generation), RevenueCat and Apple (subscriptions), and Sentry (diagnostics) — and only to operate the app.
International transfers
These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We rely on their standard data-protection safeguards.
Children
Ombra is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
